His extensive experience enables him to guide CEOs and business owners through strategic exit planning, identifying the right buyers for their businesses. Recognized as an authentic and community-driven leader, Vince is deeply committed to service. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and Program Committee for the Salvation Army of Greater Cleveland, where he has held leadership roles for over a decade. His past contributions include serving on boards and committees for Catholic Social Services of Philadelphia, the United Way Campaign of Greater Los Angeles, and the Chester County Community Economic Development Center. Additionally, he has supported organizations such as the Los Angeles Jewish Home for the Aging, Community Housing Resources Agency, and the Philadelphia Urban Affairs Coalition. Vince is a licensed commercial real estate agent, a graduate of the University of Washington’s Pacific Coast Banking School, and a certified sales trainer for Seibel Systems. He is also a member of the International Business Brokers Association and a Certified Franchise Consultant (CFC) with the International Franchise Professionals Group. Residing in suburban Cleveland with his wife of 38 years, Jacqueline, Vince enjoys sport, travel, outdoor activities, art, culture, and participating in local community events.
